When you play a QUByte Interactive game through a digital storefront (such as the Epic Games Store), the platform may share certain non-sensitive parameters with us to enable gameplay, achievements, and cross-play:

  • Your online username or persona. 

  • Country or general geographic location for localization purposes. 

 

B. Technical and Telemetry Data

When our games run on your PC or console, we or our third-party telemetry partners (such as backend service providers) may automatically collect technical diagnostics, including:

  • Hardware configuration details (CPU, GPU, RAM, operating system). 

  • Game performance statistics, session length, and gameplay behavior metrics. 

  • Crash reports, system error logs, and temporary Internet Protocol (IP) addresses collected solely for debugging purposes.

  • The content of your message, including any attached screenshots or hardware details provided voluntarily to resolve your issue.

  • To Provide Technical Support: To communicate with you directly, investigate bugs reported to our support channels, and resolve storefront integration inquiries. 

  • To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: To protect our software against unauthorized modifications, piracy, and malicious exploitation.

QUByte Interactive is headquartered in Brazil. All personal data we collect is processed and stored in secure cloud database environments maintained by industry-standard third-party infrastructure providers. 

 

If you reside outside of Brazil (such as in the United States or the European Economic Area), your data may be transferred to and maintained under Brazilian privacy standards and appropriate international data transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We deploy procedural, physical, and electronic security safeguards designed to limit internal access to data only to authorized personnel who require it to maintain the games.

5. Data Retention (How Long We Keep Your Information)

 

We do not retain personal information indefinitely. We apply a strict retention framework based on the necessity of the data: 

 

Telemetry and Gameplay Statistics: Automatically aggregated into anonymous technical data sets within thirty (30) days of collection, after which individual identifying data (like IP addresses or instance IDs) is permanently deleted or fully anonymized. 

 

Customer Support Logs: Retained for a maximum period of twelve (12) months following the full resolution of your ticket, ensuring we can reference past technical history if the problem recurs, after which the correspondence is purged.

 

Legal Compliance Data: Retained only for the duration prescribed by applicable local tax, corporate, or financial regulations.

We value your privacy like a core game asset. QUByte Interactive does not and will not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted third-party service vendors who act as data processors to maintain game functionality (e.g., database hosting, crash logging utilities), under strict confidentiality agreements.

 

We may also disclose data to law enforcement or judicial entities only if explicitly required by law, to prevent imminent fraud, or to protect the legal rights and property of our studio.
